6.6 Why Is Reservation Subject to Various Time Restrictions?

The reservation is usually valid for 3 days from being made and mostly ends 10 hours prior to the departure time from the initial departure stop on the route of the connection. However, the algorithm also takes into consideration work days and weekends, the departure time from the departure stop, the departure time from the passenger’s boarding stop, and the opening hours of the sales points. The precise validity time of the reservation is always given under the “My Reservation” tab and in the reservation confirmation email.

This ensures enough time to sale additionally already released seats by expired reservation.

6.7 Is It Possible to Extend the Validity of the Reservation?

It is not possible to extend the validity of the reservation. However, you can make a new reservation if it is possible at the time of making the reservation for the selected route, it means - if there is enough time left before the departure and if there are enough free places available.

6.8 How can I Buy an E-ticket for a Child under 6?

If you are travelling with children and the lowest discount offered by the carrier is, for example, “children aged 6-15” then children under 6 travel free, if sharing the seat with their companion (i.e. sitting on their lap).
If you require a separate seat for a child under 6, you must buy a ticket for them with the closest possible discount, so in the example given, a ticket for “children aged 6-15”.

Note: Some carriers (on international routes) do not transport small children free of charge, so you must use the lowest discount, e.g. “children under 10”.

6.9 I Need Proof of Payment for My E-ticket for My Accounts. How do I get this?

The AMSBUS e-ticket is a valid tax document.
